For requests that are outside of Kitsap County, there is an additional travel fee of $0.67 per mile from the museum.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment will be processed only by invoice (Museum staff will provide the invoice). The invoice must be paid in full prior to the event or the day of. Notice of cancellation must be provided a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Requests must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event. Requests submitted less than 4 weeks prior cannot be guaranteed.
